THC DISCLOSURE

Although we only use CBD isolates, which carefully removes 99.9% of all other cannabinoids, including THC, we must comply with state laws to notify consumers that less than 0.3% contain THC. We are third party tested to ensure the quality of our CBD. There is no certainty as to whether the use of any CBD product will or will not result in a positive drug test. Please check on the laws of your individual state prior to ordering.

DRUG TESTING DISCLOSURE

While drug tests do not specifically look for CBD (cannabidiol), there is a small chance that the trace amounts of THC within our products may receive a THC positive test result on a drug test. We advise anyone who regularly receives drug tests to not use any of our products without first talking to their employer.

CALIFORNIA PROP 65

Proposition 65, officially the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires warnings be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by California as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity. The warnings are intended to help California consumers make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals from the products they use. The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program and publishes the listed chemicals, which includes more than 85 chemicals.
