If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
 

TERMS OF SALE AND REFUND POLICY

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, contain CBD from hemp extract. Our manufacturers facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards. The Food and Drug Administration have not evaluated these statements. We make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.  These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be purchased directly from www.MiCureUSA.com.

  • Only products that are in their original condition, unused, and unopened will be accepted for returns.

 

Initiation of Return:

  • To initiate a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team at beautyresourcesllc@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • You must provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation, if necessary.

 

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

 

Return Process:

  • After contacting our customer service team and receiving return authorization, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  • The returned product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Please include a copy of the original order invoice or packing slip with the return shipment.

 

Inspection and Refund:

    If the returned product satisfies the return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method within seven business days.

  • Refunds will include the purchase price of the product and applicable taxes but will not include the original shipping costs.

 

Exclusions

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.

  2. Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Beauty Resources International LLC reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with our return policy.

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our facility.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund. Please provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping.

Change of Mind:

  • Beauty Resources International LLC does not accept returns based on a change of mind or preference.
